Check in is after 5:00pm on Friday.
Check out is Monday by 1:00pm.

Schedule
Friday
Arrival between 5:00 and 8:00 pm.
Snacks available in the Dining Hall from 7:30 to 8:30. (Snacks are available to everyone, regardless of meal plan)
Kick-off meeting approx 9:00 pm in the Hill Chapel.
Saturday
Breakfast at 8:15
Morning Chapel starts at 9:30
Morning Activities until lunch
Lunch at 12:15
Afternoon Free Time all activities areas are open as scheduled
Sign ups for Skiing and Horseback riding area available.
Dinner at 5:30
Evening Chapel starts at 6:30.
Childrens program takes place during the Chapel Services.
Snacks availabe in Dining Hall.

Sunday is very much like Saturday.
Monday
Morning chapel at 8:30
Brunch at 9:30
Beach and some activities open from 10:30 - 12:30
Check-out by 1:00
Activities
Skiing and Tubing — Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. There will be a sign up for the available time slots. The first ride for each individual is free. If there are any available time slots, a second ride can be purchased for $15.00 per 10 minute ride.
Horse Trail Rides — Trail rides are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The minimum age for trail rides is 8 years old. The first ride is free, if there are any time slots available a second ride can be purchased for $10.00 per ride.
Horse Guided Rides — Guided rides are for children under 8 years old. This type of ride needs an adult to walk the horse around the pasture and riding arena. Usually parents are needed to help our staff take care of all the children at one time. These rides are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. There will be a sign up for the avilable time slots. The first ride is free and if time slots are available, additional rides can be purchased for $5.00.
Paintball — Speedball type games of paintball are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The cost is $5.00 per 100 paintballs. This includes the paintballs, paintball gun, mask, and game play. All players must use our equipment, and purchase our paintballs.

Our Featured Speaker is Steve Hobbs of Vncent Baptist Church, Chester Springs, PA
Steve Hobbs is a dynamic teacher whith a long connection to Phantom Ranch. In the distant past Steve even worked at Phantom Ranch on the Full Time Staff. Since then he has been a student, served as Dean of Men at Word of Life Bible Institute.

Children's Programming
Children's programming is provided by Phantom Ranch staff and directed by Dan Mayer, Program Director.
During Adult Chapel children from 5 to 12 are provided with their own Chapel and activities. In the mornings Phantom Ranch staff will keep the children up to lunch time.
Toddlers
Toddler's and children up to 5 are provided babysitting service during adult chapel.
