We are looking for staff to facilitate our 2002 Summer Camp season. If you are a college student or will be a high school junior or senior, we would like to talk to you about serving as a salaried staff member. In addition to your weekly salary you will receive room and board. Our staff must commit to at least four weeks of service, but may work up to a maximum of 15 weeks if you so choose. Job assignments are based upon need, skills, and preferences. Our staff may be involved in several different areas of ministry at the Ranch during their time of service.

Every summer we also hire qualified staff to be directors and supervisors of our programs areas. Known as Senior Staff, these people receive additional compensation in accordance with their position and skills.

High school-aged individuals are also welcome to serve at the Ranch through our High School Mission Team (HSMT). The HSMT is designed to offer students in-depth exposure to camp ministry, Bible studies, and teamwork.
